Sales qualification

It is a process of evaluating leads to assess whether they are likely to buy our solution. It usually looks like this in a SaaS. Someone signs up for a trial and a sales rep marks this person as one of the three: SQL, SQO or Non-qualified, where Non-qualified are those who didn’t activated their account, SQLs are those who are promising, and SQOs are those who are the most likely to buy.
