Pro Tips for Your Cold Email Infrastructure

Warm up every account

New domains need at least 2-3 weeks of warm up before sending. Use our built-in warm up that will do this automatically for you.

Max 2-3 accounts per domain

Spread your email accounts across multiple domains. If you burn a domain, less email accounts will be affected.

Keep 25-30 cold emails/day per account

Going beyond 25-30 cold emails per day and account may trigger spam filters. Your outreach looks like automation and not genuine human sending.

Always have backup domains

If a domain gets burned, your pipeline will get interrupted. Backups help to avoid that. Keep 20%-30% ready to go at all times.

Rotate accounts regularly

Even the best outreach emails will get flagged as spam from time to time. Swap your current accounts with your backups to let them recover.
