Custom fields/snippets

A personalized cold email is a no-brainer these days. But how to make one? That’s what custom fields are for, or snippets, as we like to call them at Woodpecker. They are means of cold email personalization. In Woodpecker, there are two types of snippets; basic snippets - or predefined ones, such as {{Name}} - and advanced snippets, i.e.  {{Snippet_1}}. Notice that no matter which type, they all appear in double curly brackets.
