Outbound

One of the well-known methods of getting new leads. In outbound, a sales representative actively pursues new leads by reaching out to them first. Each time a sales rep sends a cold email, makes a cold call on the phone or reaches out to a prospect on social media they invest in outbound lead generation. Then, a sales rep is supposed to build business relations with the prospects and in result have them buy a service or product.
