This tab is where you can fix some things in case all troubleshooting steps have been taken, meaning:

  • you’ve checked the maximum number of webhooks you can be signed for, and all are properly working,

  • Your API key is correct,

  • Dux-Soup is fully connected to Woodpecker.

If you are sure that some actions in your campaign have been completed, but you don’t see any change or progress in statistics, you may try to reload the extension. Just click on the “Reload” button and wait for the “Extension reloaded” information.

In case the reload failed, try doing it again sometime later.

There’s no need to constantly monitor your campaign, as you’ll receive a notification in Woodpecker, right under the bell icon, if we don’t have a reply from the Dux-Soup system.

Below the reload option, you’ll find a category called “Push prospects”. The list contains your campaign name, along with the number of prospects inside it.

This option allows you to choose from which campaign you want to push prospects to the next step/action, in case you’ve noticed no progress in particular campaigns. In this case, you’ll also receive a notification under the bell icon in Woodpecker after a few days.

The operation may result in sending follow-ups or generating tasks for those prospects.

After selecting the campaigns and clicking on the “Push prospects” button, a window will appear, where you have to confirm you are aware of the effects of this operation.
