Just like the regular statistic in the cold email campaign, with LinkedIn Automation tasks you’ll see a new way of counting prospects in your campaign.
The number of categories in the statistics is reduced to two and you’ll see it in the “Path overview”: Responded and LinkedIn actions. The Interest Level category is available for those tasks as well.
Once you’ve created a LinkedIn Automation task (whether it’s visiting a profile, sending a connection request, or sending a direct message), and started the campaign, the tasks will be put in a queue. They will be done automatically via the integration with Dux-Soup.
For each action, the columns differ slightly.
With the “Visit profile”, you’ll see how many profiles you’ve added as prospects to the campaign, how many are queued in the Dux-Soup queue, have been visited already, and how many bounced (usually because of an incorrect LinkedIn profile link or they already exist in your network).
The “Send connection request” action will have a preview of how many invitations are in the queue, and how many have been sent, accepted, and bounced.
As for the “Send direct message” one, you’ll see how many messages have been sent on LinkedIn, how many are queued, have been delivered or how many prospects have responded to it.
Prospects tab in the campaign
After clicking on the “Prospects” subtab in the campaign with LinkedIn Automation tasks, you can filter them by all campaigns they are in or just this one.
There’s also a possibility to filter the prospects by the type of step, so you can easily see all LinkedIn Automation tasks that have been completed for this prospect.
The details of when an action was performed can be checked after you click on the prospect in the “Prospects” tab. The “Last activity” column will show every action that has been registered by Woodpecker.
If you notice some of the LinkedIn Automation tasks in the campaign’s queue and think they might be stuck, try to reload the Dux-Soup extension or push prospects to the next step/action.
