Managing Prospects

You have probably seen the STATUS somewhere in Woodpecker. Each and every prospect in Woodpecker has some status value assigned to them.

What does the STATUS of a prospect mean?

Your prospects are automatically marked as NONRESPONSIVE when they don't respond to you within the time you set for a particular campaign.

What does NONRESPONSIVE mean?

"Invalid" is an email address that has been verified by the system and bounced email couldn't be delivered and is returned to the sender.

Prospects Statuses

Status of these prospects' changes to RESPONDED and the sequence of follow-ups for these prospects stops.

What happens when a prospect replies to my email?

Woodpecker recognizes most replies sent by autoresponders and will change your prospect's status to 'Autoreplied'.

When a prospect replies to your cold email from an address different than the one in your prospects list, Woodpecker will detect it.

Safety tab feature blocks the outgoing mail. Add the domains or emails of the companies you don't want to contact ever.
