How to add a new email signature
in Windows 10 Mail

Now it's time to put your email signature to work. Follow the steps below to copy your signature and add it in your email client.

Signature installation steps

    From the menu on the bottom left, click on the gear icon and then select "Signature" in the right-hand panel that opens up.

    Choose the email address to which you would like to add the signature.

    You can also click on the “Apply to all accounts” switch to add your signature to every email account.

    Make sure that the "Use an email signature" switch is on.

    Paste your new email signature in the dedicated signature text box.

    You can now create a new email with your new signature.
