What does the "To Check" tab mean?

Sometimes the campaign is running but you’re not sure if the emails are being sent because the stats haven't been updated.

How to check if my campaign is sending emails - sent stats

You've noticed your campaign is running but it hasn't sent any message? Check if your email account is properly connected to Woodpecker.

My campaign is running, but emails are not being sent

Sometimes you might experience a situation when the follow-ups are not being sent, even though you would expect them to.

My campaign stops sending emails for a few days, why?

Any missing snippet for a prospect will be visible in the “To Check” tab. A prospect is given the PAUSED status, which stops the sending.

How to fix the missing snippet issue?

Woodpecker campaigns are displayed as Completed if there are no more emails in the sending queue.

Campaign errors are here to alarm you every time something’s not right with your email account and campaigns are not being sent.
