In Woodpecker, you have an option to create a campaign or analyze ones in your campaigns list using our AI Agent chat. If you’re familiar with other AI platforms of this kind, this will be pretty similar to what you already use. If not, it’s very intuitive, so you’ll quickly understand how it works.
You can use one of our ready prompts or create a new chat. Each prompt will use 1 credit, so keep that in mind when using the chat – you’ll see the usage of your credits in the top left corner.
There’s a short guide in the left bar that briefly outlines which prompts can be used with the AI chat.
Take a look at the example below. The prompt is to create a campaign with an A/B test for its first step (email). You then get an answer from the chat with a link to the campaign that was just created and a proposed step set up – this is not a final campaign, it’s just a draft, and you can change it within the AI chat or head to the Campaigns tab and edit it yourself.
Pay attention to the questions asked by the AI chat and answer them properly, as it sometimes even suggests the form of the prompt. This is especially important to keep the conversation as clear as possible.
For example, the answer from AI in the picture below shows suggestions for the email subject, and clearly indicates answering with a chosen number and asks for confirmation about Email B content:
If at any point the chat is unclear to you, remember you can always close it and finish setting up everything in the campaign editor yourself.
The chat will remain active for 8 hours, even if you close it, so you can return to it and continue the conversation. After 8 hours, it will be moved to the “Recents” section and can no longer be edited, but you can still view it.
