In this article, you will find solutions to situations where you notice that the campaign is not working properly. This means that sending requests to Dux-Soup works correctly, no account is disconnected, but you don’t get information about whether the action was performed and about incoming responses.

To fix this, check our list of probable causes:

  1. Planner settings in Dux-Soup options.

Check the settings of your Planner in the Dux-Soup options and see if the robot is set to work for the day. You can change this at any time if you care to perform the action at a specific time.

  2. Is the computer on which you have the Dux-Soup extension installed turned on?

If not, please turn it on.

  3. Incorrect LinkedIn URLs in your Prospects database

Make sure the Linkedin URLs you’ve provided are redirecting to Linkedin, not other websites:

With a URL that doesn’t include “linkedin.com”, your prospect will be assigned the “Paused (Snippet issue)” status.

With a URL that includes “linkedin.com”, but is incorrect, the prospect will be assigned the “Bounced” status.

  4. Blocked Dux-Soup extension

Perhaps the extension has been temporarily suspended and tasks are queuing but not executing? Head to the LinkedIn account settings page in Woodpecker and click on the “Issues” tab, where you’ll find an option to reload the extension through Woodpecker.

  5. Woodpecker’s webhook is not added to the Dux-Soup interface

Without it, Woodpecker is not able to retrieve information about LinkedIn automation task completion or incoming responses.

Check to make sure the Woodpecker webhook has been added under ConnectWebhook category in the Dux-Soup options. If not, add it there according to our API documentation.

Dux-Soup allows you to configure up to five webhooks. If you want to add a sixth webhook, you will have to remove one of the five added.

  6. Message Bridge in Dux-Soup options

Under the Connect category in the Dux-Soup options, check if the Message Bridge switch is turned on. If not, switch it on, as this option turned off may cause issues with receiving replies from your prospects via LinkedIn.
