1. How it works
If you wish to add an email account to Woodpecker go to the Settings → Accounts tab.
2. Filtering the "Accounts" tab view
The email accounts in the Accounts tab can be filtered by:
account name,
campaign they are in,
provider,
and tags.
In each filter, you can choose a specific one, a few from the drop-down list, or all aspects to be shown on the list.
This helps particularly when you have many accounts connected to Woodpecker, and all are used in multiple campaigns – if you want to see how only a few of them perform, i.e., check their bounce rate, filtering them here helps you do it quicker.
3. How to turn off an email account
If you notice any bounce spikes or anything concerning that is linked to your mailbox, you can remove it from sending with just one click.
Under the Accounts tab, next to the mailbox name on the left, there is a toggle for quickly turning off the mailbox from the current sending in any campaign they are used in.
This switch does not disconnect a mailbox from Woodpecker – it just lets you quickly turn off its sending without having to edit the campaign and remove the mailbox there.
However, turning off a mailbox here means the prospects assigned to it will no longer have a sender assigned. If there are other mailboxes in the campaign, the prospects will be contacted by one of the remaining active mailboxes (if some are still in the campaign).
