FAQ

Q: I can’t access Reports. Why?

Reports can be accessed only by users with admin rights. Please check your Woodpecker account. In case you’re not sure, let us know.

Q: What is CSV?

CSV stands for Comma-separated value. CSV file format uses a comma as a field separator and new line as a new data record. Woodpecker uses CSV files to import and export the data. You can export your sheet to the CSV file from any web or desktop sheet editor.

Q: Is it possible to get an automated daily CSV report from email statistics?

At the moment it isn’t possible. We’re working on this feature though! Downloading archived data from the App is also disabled. Check our Roadmap to be up-to-date with the newest feature releases.
