How to freeze your campaigns

You can stop sending messages with Woodpecker from a specific email account for a scheduled period of time.

To pause the sending from an email address for some time, you need to go to your account’s Settings AccountsSettings icon.

In Email Accounts settings:

  1. Click ‘Sending‘.

  2. Click on the ‘Freeze email account‘ subtab.

  3. Choose the start and end date.

  4. Choose the timezone.

  5. Click the ‘ADD‘ button.

You may have multiple dates scheduled. If you need to remove an entry, simply click the X button.
