How to freeze your campaigns
You can stop sending messages with Woodpecker from a specific email account for a scheduled period of time.
To do pause the sending from an email address you need to go to Settings → Email Accounts → Edit.
In Email Accounts settings:
- Click ‘Sending‘,
- ‘Freeze account‘,
- Choose the start and end date,
- Choose the timezone,
- Click the button ‘ADD‘.
You may have multiple dates scheduled. If you need to remove an entry, simply click the X button.
