This gives you everything from the previous plans, and on top of that, you get: workflow automation rules, higher usage caps, process mining, CRM integrations, user provisioning, custom roles, and permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gmelius: what real users are saying<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most of the complaints about this platform are about the Gmelius mobile app. Many users complain that it attempts to be useful but is very underwhelming compared to the desktop version of Gmelius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;It could be improved in a couple of areas. For example, the mobile app feels a little more constrained than the desktop version, which makes task management while on the road more difficult. Furthermore, there was a steep learning curve for a few elements at first, such as the automation and sequences, which took longer to set up and train the team. Additionally, I observed that there may occasionally be lags in synchronizing changes during periods of high usage, which could interfere with workflow.
