So, you have to force quit the app, open it up and find the message you want to reply to \u2026 to be able to chat with the customer\/client. That&#8217;s it. There&#8217;s only the option to chat or close the conversation. So, if you need to use a mobile app for chat, Gist is not your app. Beyond that, there aren\u2019t too many downsides to this application. Migration services are not included under Professional. I tried to use this service and am still waiting to hear from support, as it&#8217;s apparently only included under Premium Yearly.
