This can be a dealbreaker if you work on the go and need a glance at your metrics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have the free version, it&#8217;s filled with pop-ups, which means the app practically forces you to upgrade to get the best experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Pro version does not have mail merge, so you must upgrade to the Advanced plan to get this cool feature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inconsistencies with tracking across different platforms. The data will not always be the same if you compare Mailsuite with other tracking tools (e.g. Mailchimp or something else).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>What user reviews are saying<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mailsuite users are pretty vocal about the major cons of using this tool. Also, it would be nice if there were more options to sort and search for different patterns within the web app and then output to CSV, for instance &#8212; multiple opens and clicks.
