What happens to the website visitors who filled out a form on your website? Do they get transferred into your CRM? Or does your newsletter software pick them up? What about uploading that data to Woodpecker?
Previously, you needed to use an API aggregator, such as Zapier or PieSync, to send the data from lead forms into Woodpecker. From now on, however, you don’t have to do that. If you’re on Team Pro plan, you can use Woodpecker for WordPress, a plugin that transfers the lead data directly into a Woodpecker campaign of your choice. Continue reading

We’re excited to announce that Woodpecker has joined forces with Bouncer to help you decrease your bounce rate, boost deliverability and protect your sender’s reputation.
What is Bouncer? It’s a tool that verifies your prospects’ email addresses and sends messages only to validated email addresses, ensuring not a single unwelcome email address slips through.
We’ve been testing Bouncer and other email verification tools for some time to choose the one that works best for us and offers the most value to our users, and Bouncer turned out to be the one we were looking for.
How to streamline your sales communication? Sync your cold emailing tool with a customer relationship management solution (CRM). It will result in fast and relevant communication with your prospects. Most of you use more than one tool while doing outbound. You qualify leads in your favorite CRM, store the info about your prospects in Google Sheets, schedule meetings in Calendly, etc. Managing multiple apps means that you have different pieces of info scattered all over the apps. To keep the info up to date in every app, you need to manually update it in each app.
To avoid this kind of laborious work, you may wish to synchronize the apps so that you don’t have to copy and paste information by hand. Thankfully, there is a way to do that. Use a dedicated tool, for example, Zapier.
The integration with Zapier is available for Woodpecker users at the Team Pro plan.
There’s a group of prospects that visit your website at least once but they don’t take any action whatsoever. They don’t sign up for a free trial, they don’t sign up for a newsletter. Sometimes they might do that out of distraction, heavy workload, or absent-mindedness rather than them not liking your offer.
Zoltan Gero, our guest writer for today, believes it’s a perfect reason – a trigger – to contact those prospects by sending them a not-so-cold email campaign. He describes a step-by-step process of contacting those companies using Leadberry and Woodpecker integration via Zapier.
It’s official. We proudly announce that we’ve finalized our integration with Zapier! All Woodpecker users at the Team Pro plan have the ability to connect Woodpecker to 2000+ apps and automate various parts of their sales workflow.
Read along to find out what Zapier is all about, and how you can employ it to easily push data between Woodpecker and other apps you’re using to save time and improve your sales process.
